The Raplas PR800/7 expands upon our high-productivity SLA lineup by offering an 800 × 700 × 400 mm build envelope, tailored specifically for top-tier aerospace, space, automotive, and defence applications. This industry-leading capacity enables the production of exceptionally large, continuous parts or maximum-throughput multi-part builds.
Equipped with a highly responsive 2W / 1W switching air-cooled UV laser and the advanced SCANLAB IntelliSCAN system, the PR800/7 maintains strict HD+ resolution and dimensional accuracy across the entire platform. Its rigid granite frame construction guarantees thermal stability, ensuring challenging builds require fewer supports and minimal post-processing. Designed with large access doors, stainless steel interiors, and integrated touchscreen controls, the PR800/7 streamlines operation and maintenance. By embracing an open material philosophyand providing Materialise MAGICS and Raplas SmartBuild™ software as standard, this machine offers total operational freedom.
