Overview
The Raplas PR450 is a high-productivity SLA production system designed for industrial environments requiring large build capacity, repeatability, and material flexibility. With a 450 × 450 × 350 mm build envelope and HD+ accuracy across the entire platform, the PR450 enables scalable production of large parts or multiple components in a single build.
Equipped with a high-power 355 nm UV laser, SCANLAB IntelliSCAN optics, and a rigid granite build frame, the system delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy and thermal stability. Removable tank options allow quick material changes, supporting open resin use without restrictive vendor lock-in. Designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, the PR450 provides a flexible, production-ready solution for aerospace, automotive, defence, tooling, and advanced manufacturing. It is supplied with a Materialise MAGICS and Raplas SmartBuild™ customer licence and site licence for the Materialise Build Processor.
