Overview
Achieve build times up to 10× faster than traditional systems thanks to dual projector technology, drastically increasing throughput for demanding applications. With a 420 × 384 mm workspace, the PR400i supports larger parts or multiple components in a single run, enabling scalable production without compromise.
Inspired by SLA technology, our peel-off support system ensures parts are warp-free, robust, and dimensionally stable, even for complex geometries. Dual projectors deliver UHD images for razor-sharp accuracy on micro and intricate components. Our proprietary Integra+ software, enhanced with Raplas SmartBuild™ technology developed alongside Materialise, provides dynamic, real-time control to optimise quality and speed per part. The system is designed to work with any third-party Raplas-qualified 385 nm / 405 nm resin, giving you true material choice without vendor lock-in.
