N3D-DMT303

Tan dental modelling resin for accurate, high-throughput 3D printing of dental and orthodontic models, including thermoforming moulds for clear aligner production.

Catch-line: High-accuracy dental modelling resin with fast print performance, strong rigidity and clear feature visualisation.

Overview

Manufactured by Arkema Sartomer, N3D-DMT303 is a high-performance rigid 3D printing material developed for accurate and fast production of dental models. Its off-white/tan appearance provides good feature visualisation, making it well suited to dental and orthodontic model workflows where detail clarity and dimensional accuracy are important.

N3D-DMT303 is also designed for thermoforming mould applications used in the manufacture of clear dental aligners. With high stiffness, strong flexural performance and a suitable heat deflection temperature for thermoforming workflows, it provides a reliable general-purpose dental modelling option for SLA, DLP and LCD 3D printing systems.

Applications:

  • Dental models
  • Orthodontic models
  • Thermoforming moulds
  • Clear aligner production workflows
  • High-throughput dental model printing
