N3D-TOUGH784
Flexible, high impact resin with a strong balance of rigidity, toughness, elongation and weatherability for durable end-use applications.
High-strength tough resin with excellent elongation, impact resistance and flexibility for snap-fit assemblies and durable functional parts.

Overview
Manufactured by Arkema Sartomer
N3D-TOUGH784 is a high-strength 3D printing material designed to balance rigidity, flexibility and impact resistance. It offers good tensile strength, high elongation and plastic deformation behaviour, making it suitable for functional parts that need to flex, absorb impact or perform in demanding end-use environments.
N3D-TOUGH784 is well suited to snap-fit assemblies, jigs and fixtures, tooling, durable end-use parts and shoe insole applications. With 45% elongation at break, 50 MPa tensile strength and superior weatherability, it provides a practical option for applications requiring toughness without sacrificing useful stiffness.
Applications:
- Snap-fit assemblies
- Durable end-use parts
- Jigs and fixtures
- Tooling
- Shoe insoles
- Automotive and transportation components
- Consumer goods and industrial parts
