N3D-HT511

High-temperature, low water uptake resin with excellent stiffness, toughness, chemical resistance and injection moulding-like surface quality.

Tough, rigid high-temperature material for functional components, tooling, moulding and electrical connector applications.

Overview

N3D-HT511 is a stiff, high-temperature 3D printing material designed for applications requiring heat resistance, toughness and chemical durability. It is solvent resistant, autoclavable and offers an injection moulding-like surface quality, making it suitable for demanding functional testing and end-use style components.

N3D-HT511 provides a strong balance of rigidity and toughness, with a heat deflection temperature of 130°C at 0.455 MPa and a Tα by DMA of 148°C after final curing. Its low water absorption and chemical resistance make it well suited to automotive, industrial, transportation and electronics applications where dimensional stability and reliable material performance are important.

Applications:

  • High-temperature component testing
  • Electrical connectors
  • Tooling
  • Moulding
  • Functional prototypes
  • Automotive, transportation, industrial and electronics components
