N3D-CAST245
All-purpose investment casting resin with excellent feature replication, low viscosity, low thermal expansion and reliable burnout performance for metal and jewellery casting.
Low-viscosity casting resin for detailed patterns, clean cast quality and larger investment casting pieces.

Overview
Manufactured by Arkema Sartomer
N3D-CAST245 is an all-purpose investment casting resin designed for DLP and LCD 3D printing. It delivers outstanding feature replication and cast quality, making it well suited to detailed casting patterns across jewellery, consumer goods, dental and industrial applications.
With a very low viscosity of 80 cP at 25°C, N3D-CAST245 is easy to process and supports smooth handling during printing and post-processing. Its low thermal expansion makes it especially useful for larger pieces, while its ability to melt during the burnout cycle helps support reliable casting results.
Applications:
- Metal casting
- Jewellery casting
- Detailed investment casting patterns
- Larger casting pieces
- Consumer goods, dental and industrial casting applications
Key benefits
- Excellent cast quality
- Outstanding feature replication
