Introducing our new ultra-high definition industrial DLP printers
The DL120 and DL240 complement our current SLA printers by offering ultra-high-definition and large build volume.
The Raplas DLP machines are open source for materials and software , making them the perfect tools for your part production.
The printer uses Industrial grade, superior UV optics & Light engine giving a full 4k resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels)
With this high-spec projection assembly you have the option of large printing, up to 250 x 140 x 190mm at 65um X/Y accuracy
or for ultimate accuracy of 30um you can choose the 120 x 67 x 190mm option.
The resin tank incorporates a side-tilt motion to reduce peeling force during printing which allows for efficient peeling of large surface areas, this will reduce print failures, particularly in high detail parts.
The printer is also open for materials, meaning it is compatible with a wide range of resin types, including those with high viscosity. This gives you all the freedom you need for a variety of applications.
